Agenda Fácil is an application launched by the City of São Paulo and aims to make life easier for citizens.
With it you can:
• Update your contact details;
• View the results of tests performed in municipal laboratories;
• Make appointments at your basic health unit (UBS);
• Check queued orders and make an appointment;
• Confirm pre-scheduled appointments and specialized exams;
• Cancel or reschedule appointments;
• View the results of exams performed in the laboratories of the municipal network.
To register in Agenda Fácil, it is necessary to obtain the authorization code from the reference UBS, which will only be used for the first access. This code validates user information, preventing fraud.
